Cem Baydar is a senior executive with more than 15 years of experience in establishing and growing new business operations, incubating capabilities within existing organizations and penetrating international geographies, especially Emerging Markets.

Cem has extensive global management experience in four continents including US, Europe, Middle East and Africa with expertise in several industries including; Information Technology, Internet, Telecom, Life Sciences and Financial Services. He has worked with many Fortune 500 companies as a business consultant in the areas of large-scale program management, marketing and sales strategies, customer-centricity, Business Intelligence and Business Analytics; and Risk Management.

Cem is currently working as a Sr. Principal with IMS Consulting Group, the strategy and management consulting arm of IMS Health. At IMS, he has worked with many local and international companies on the issues of market entry, establishing sustainable growth, M&A, due-diligence, channel strategy and portolio structuring engagements. He also works with several start-ups as an advisory board member. Cem has been quoted in media many times from reputational resources such as Financial Times and CNBC-e, and has been invited as a keynote speaker to many industrial organizations.
