He was born in Bulgaria in 1977. After taking education Business Administration Department between 1994-1996, He graduated from Hacettepe University Economics Department he has been continuing in between 1996-2001. Then he did his masters degree in Development Economics at Marmara University . He stepped into journalism with Investigative Journalism Education course he has taken in Ugur Mumcu Investigative Journalism Foundation (um:ag). He had been finance and technology reporter in Cumhuriyet newspaper for 6 years. He moderated the “HT Economy Asks” programme published in Bloomberg HT with the participation of leading figures of technology and communication world. In years 2009-2013, he worked as Technology Editor at Haberturk Newspaper and in 2014, he worked as Digital Media Content Editor in Hurriyet Newspaper. Necdet Caliskan who is Technology Specialist at TEB SME TV is currently doing technology journalism in the area of digital media at TeknoYO! website he has founded in November 2014.
