Çağlar Göğüş has 20 years of consulting experience in the areas of corporate growth strategies, transformation, customer relationship management and applying analytics for addressing complex business issues. He is an entrepreneur in establishing and growing global professional services companies, passionate and practical business leader and an expert in banking sector with proven financial impact.

Çağlar was a Founding Partner of the Istanbul office for Peppers & Rogers Group (the world’s premier consultancy company specialized in customer strategy and organic growth) and he then successfully co-led expansion of the firm internationally and in EMEA. He supported several Fortune-500 companies, a large number of financial institutions and conglomerates across EMEA and internationally in their transformation and growth journeys through his consulting work. During his career, Çağlar took leadership roles in innovation and product development, financial services practice, client relationships, practice and regional development, team building and management functions.

Çağlar has been a keynote speaker at various global and regional conferences and executive Client workshops. He speaks with authority on issues of growth strategies, change management and entrepreneurship. He is also a writer and board member and advisor at various institutions. He earned his B.Sc. degree in Business Administration at Bilkent University in Turkey and his MBA degree at University of Florida.
