Ferhat Ozgur Catak is cybersecurity and artificial intelligence researcher. Before joining Simula Research Laboratory, he was a chief researcher of TUBITAK BILGEM Cyber Security Institute and associate professor at several universities. He has more than 70 scientific publications mainly in the security aspects of artificial intelligence. His recent areas of interest are the adversarial machine learning, uncertainty in AI decisions, privacy-preserving machine learning, and theoretical computer science.
