After graduating from University of Leeds, Kına has started working at Migros Ticaret A.Ş. due to her passion in retail. She has started her career in retail in Migros Ar-Ge, and has started the Money Club project, which is the biggest loyalty project in Turkey. During the last 2 years, Kına has been responsible for the marketing communications of all the brands under Migros Group. She has given speeches aboout ‘big data’ and loyalty in many internationally held conferences.
