Kıvanç is the Managing Partner of Opsago Management Consulting. He has over 15 years of work experience both in management consulting and corporations at North America, Western Europe and the Middle East. Prior to Opsago, he was managing the management consulting practice of Accenture for Comms, Technology and Media companies in the region. In consulting, advised clients in different industries for their issues in operations strategy, change management and operational efficiency. He has worked in PRTM Consulting (founder of SCOR model) for 8 years.

In corporations, worked in field operations and strategic planning. He was the Transformation Programmes Director of British Telecom in London. He led CEO-agenda impacting transformation programs. Educated in engineering at masters level from Cornell University and have an MBA from London Business School.
